If you have insurance, please call your insurance company to find out how they cover acupuncture. If they need a referral letter, then you should call your P.C.P for a referral letter.
If your insurance covers acupuncture, except those, are listed above, we will provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards for the credit card we may add 2-3 percent based on your credit card.
For late cancellations( less than 24 hours before), you may be charged 25% of your appointment fee.
